Email communications, including newsletters and marketing emails, are managed through Course Creator 360 and any successor email or course platform we may use.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with the following categories of recipients:

-Service providers and vendors that perform services on our behalf, such as email and marketing platforms (including Course Creator 360), website hosting providers, analytics providers (such as Google Analytics), advertising platforms (such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn), and payment processors (including Stripe and PayPal)

-Professional advisers, such as attorneys, accountants, or compliance consultants, who assist us in operating our business and complying with our obligations

-Law enforcement or regulators, if we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of MaxWealth, our clients, or others

Stripe and PayPal process payments on our behalf for certain offerings, such as coaching or educational programs. We do not receive or store your full payment card number through the Site; those details are handled directly by the payment processors.

-Updates about the Site and our offerings

-Invitations to webinars, programs, or events
